Meet Dr. Campbell

Dr. Campbell is a North Carolina native, raised in Washington, NC. She earned her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Campbell University before completing her dental degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

During dental school, Dr. Campbell was actively involved in student leadership and community service, dedicating time to free clinics including SHAC, SHC, and Missions of Mercy. She also served as a board member of ENNEAD, an organization focused on improving access to care for underserved populations, and participated in an international outreach trip to provide dental care to orphanages in Moldova.


Dr. Campbell went on to complete her specialty training in periodontology at UNC, where she also earned a Master of Science degree. Her advanced training includes the treatment of periodontal disease, soft tissue grafting, periodontal regeneration, dental implant placement, bone grafting, and sedation dentistry. During her residency, she served as Chief Resident, Graduate Spurgeon Representative, and an AAP Foundation Ambassador.



She has received numerous honors and scholarships, including the American Academy of Periodontology Dental Student Award, the American Association of Public Health Dentistry Award, and the Freeland Advanced Dental Education Fellowship.

Dr. Campbell is a board-certified periodontist and is certified in intravenous (IV), oral, and nitrous oxide sedation. She has also completed advanced training in LANAP protocol, minimally invasive soft tissue grafting techniques, and complex bone regeneration for implant therapy. She remains committed to continuing education through local, regional, and national conferences.


Dr. Elizabeth Campbell
